皆さま、こんにちは！ わたしは喘息持ちにもなれてきたところです🐥 日々筋トレしてます。ハハ..ハ と、笑い事では無くコロナウィルスがほぼパンデミック状態で、マスクも除菌アイテムも売り切れてしまっていますが、ティーツリーオイル、グレープフルーツ等殺菌効果のある精油はまだネットですぐ購入出来ます。 普通に拡散させる他にもお掃除の際粗塩にティーツリーを混ぜて床を拭いたり、出かけた先でもハンカチに垂らしたり、うがいの時にも数的ドロップして使えます。 あと GSE (グレープフルーツシードエクストラクト)の殺菌効果が驚異的だという事でティーツリーが無くなったら注文したいと思っています。 ティーツリーと同様うがいやお掃除にも天然の抗菌剤として使えます🤍 スプレーも作れますし、アロエベラジェルに混ぜておけば除菌ジェルとしてすぐ使えます。 ウィルスもカビも殺菌してしまう程強力なので、原液を素手で触れるのはご注意くださいとのことでした。 バッチフラワーレメディの中でもレスキュークリームはおでこにくるくる塗るととってもよく眠れます。 とにかく換気に次ぐ換気。と保湿が呼吸を守ってくれると思います。 多分情報も出回ってますし、あちこちストレス浴びせられる世の中なので何とか免疫力をあげたいものです🦦🥰 いつもどうもありがとうございます🤍🤍🤍
